3 minutes: After the Sea Eagles conceded a head high penalty the Panthers took a tap and attacked down the left side going toward the Sea Wall and sent Edward Nicholas to crashed in the corner to score.
Jamian Iroa missed the conversion.
4 - 0 Panthers.

10 minutes: The Sea Eagles put pressure on the Panthers with the latter defending to 2 consecutive set of sixes. The Sea Eagles played the ball close to the Panthers try line and attacked through the middle going towards town for Usaia Sivo to barge his way to score under the post. Daniel Thomas had no problem with the kick.
6 - 4 Sea Eagles.

14 minutes: The Sea Eagles on attack smartly attacked the middlle and caught the Panthers short in defense on the left for Juwaan Terekia to weave his way to score for the Sea Eagles.
Daniel missed the conversion.
10 - 4 Sea Eagles.

21 minutes: The Panthers was penalised for taking a Sea Eagles player's leg out trying to get up to play the ball. Easy kick for Daniel.
12 - 4 Sea Eagles.

29 minutes: The Panthers attacked the down the middle and went wide to the left for their winger Joe Vetaukula to break through the Sea Eagles defenders and brought his try closer to the post. Jamian kicked the conversion.
12 - 10 Sea Eagles.

Half time score 12 - 10 Sea Eagles.

43 minutes: The Panthers worked the ball through the middle again and attacked down the left side going towards Town to put their other winger Edward over for his second try.
Jamian put the kick through.
16 - 12 Panthers.

60 minutes: The Panthers on the last tackle saw Jamian put a high kick in the corner and wasn't claimed by the Sea Eagles for Edward to score his hat trick. Jamian kicked the conversion. 22 - 12 Panthers.

64 minutes: The Sea Eagles caught the Panthers short on defense on the right side for Dominique Noo to crash over to score.
Daniel converted the try.
22 - 18 Panthers.

69 minutes: The Panthers made a rush attack straight down the middle and went wide with the ball to Sam Mataora who still had a good 20 meters to beat the Sea Eagles defenders to score a brilliant individual try.
Jamian missed the kick.
26 - 18.

76 minutes: The Sea Eagles attacked the left side and saw the talented and skillfull George Terekia put his brother Shaiquan through a hole untouched for a 4 pointer. Brilliant pass.
Daniel converted.
26 - 24 Panthers.

The game ended that way. 26 - 24 Panthers.

That MOTM Sam Mataora used to play NRL for the Raiders and Knights. He quit due to depression the other year, now looks like he went back to the Cooks. Also, Eric Newbigging played U20's for Warriors and NSW Cup for Parra and Jamian Iroa played U20 for West Tigers.
