Corey Parker kicking

Does anybody else think he should be replaced completely as the goal kicker? He's been absolutely dreadful this season! I wonder why?

It was either the footy show or the game plan last week when they said he was having a lesson with Darryl Halligan when he was in NZ for the Warriors game....it didn't seem to do him any good!

I say piss him off.

He was very good in the first few rounds, but has really gone off the boil in recent weeks. Just watching him it seems to be a problem with the way he follows through. He doesn't really have a very big one, and i think that little step at the start may be affecting his balance a little bit. Overall i still think he is a good kicker just needs to fix a few technical issues and he should be fine.

Hes always been a streaky kicker. over the years hes actually seems more accurate from the touchline than say 8-12 metres in which is bizarre...

He also has real trouble kicking it from 30+ out right in front

Conclusion: time to find a morr consistent kicker... Michael "ben" gordon?

He's just in a down phase. Before he was injuried I don't think he'd missed a kick.

I think it is time for Wallace or Norman to take over. Shame we don't have a winger who can kick goals.

The break might do him some good.

Beforehand he was striking them as well as I'd ever seen him.

Failing him, give Wallace a go. Norman isn't reliable with his goal kicking at all - seem him have a few shockers over the years.

We can't have Parkers goal kicking costing us games like that again. I say give him a break to train and get his head straight, then bring him back and see how he goes.

Will Wallace's troublesome groin be able to with stand the rigours of carrying the goal kicking duties full time......?

Yeah, agree with that, although I don't know whether Norman's accuracy has improved. He certainly has the range.

Corey before injury: 12/13 (92%)
Corey after injury: 8/19 (42%)

Parker's kicking lost us that game last night. We scored more tries and we should have won. Not sure what the solution is but none from four is not good enough in NRL to win games. Three of them were difficult kicks, but one of them should have been a definite.

He's now going to be down of confidence. Hopefully he doesnt get picked for QLD (dont think he will anyway) and can spend two weeks practicing. We cant afford to miss any kicks if we wanna beat the Storm
