he had a good year last year in a shit team so i think his signing was justified. brian would have been after some veteran leadership. corey has played good for us this year bar one or two occasions but considering that most of our 25 man squad is shit i dont see the point in singling him out.

Kylie was very ordinary in first grade last year. I wouldn't have wanted to keep him. Pearson isn't much better, but anyone saying we should have kept one over the other doesn't know what they'er talking about.

Pearson is 31 years old and is slow, can we go for someone younger and stronger.

leave Pearson alone - by my recollection he was one of the only ones running straight against the warriors.
The bloke is a great player - he is just playing in a very very ordinary team.
If we had some structure from the halves he would go better !

If he is playing badly because of the fact he is in a bad team, then how the hell did he go at the tigers??

I reckon all of our forwards have been too soft this year.
The only players that has shown any heart or determination has been Hindmarsh, Morris and McKinnon.
Vella has been absolutely pathetic compared to what we know he is capable of.
Stapleton just has no effect on games.
Pearson has had very few games, but the ones I have seen I am not impressed.
He looks way over weight for a professional sportsman.

Our team is playing so crap that Peterson looks good!

For crying out loud, Smith needs to give witt a good go at 7. Forget about Thorman, write it off as an unsucessful experiment.

We need to build for next year - If smith has plans for Witt and Morris to be the players in halves for next year - well put them there and STICK TO IT !!!

AND if this is the plan why the hell is morris at hooker ????

I think that if Witt gets a good shot at 7 for a few weeks he will get better.
He is surrounded by players who seem very lethargic and lack any excitement (V.E.L.L.A) and he is not getting the backing from Smith by giving him the 7 spot.
