Northern Ford Premiership club, Keighley Cougars are in real financial strife with the clubgoing into receivership on Friday.
TheCougars arenow hoping that new investors will come forward and relaunch the club in time for next season.
"I can't see Keighley Cougars disappearing by any stretch of the imagination because I think there will be enough interested people that will want to step in," said Gary Murgatroyd, the Cougars' media manager.
