The turning point in our season?The way i see it if we beat Saints & get the 2 points it should put us in a good position.Because after that it's the bye and then Manly.Who are having all sorts of difficulty's with there defence,we should also have a fully fit Laffranchi & Payten by the Manly game as well so with a bit of luck we could finish round 7 with 10 competition points.With no Ryles this should help our cause as well so lets keepem crossed .

in the top half of the eight?
Hopefully with more improvement in store, and the fact we usually
always beat a few of the top teams, we'd be in a good spot come the halfway mark.

Yeah........that bloody Withers had a blinder.Hope his kicking game is not as good as last weeks.But then again I never hated Withers because he always gave 100%.Just lacked a little Finnesse in directing the team around the park .Anyhow have a good game Withers and as they say "BREAK A LEG." :evil:

knowing our luck,when boof comes back ,skando will be out for over a month. :roll:

if we were to somehow be sitting somewhere near the top 4 when boof gets back it will be a huge achievement.to have copped injuries to 2 of our top 3 props and being our worst position depth wise(although lima,small and cashy could be considered good depth,yet we never get to find out),it really would set us up for the rest of the season.

the only worry is that we play like crap the game before and after our first bye.

hopefully this is another area that will change for the tigers.

Yeah i been watching Withers most of the season so far.....he seems to be finally settling in and making his mark off the bench.......good luck to him , not too much for the weekend though,lol.

Good point max, its such a cruicial game for so many reasons this weekend....... i gotta feeling the boys will turn up ready to play this weekend though, i hope its enough for the win.

i think you will find that payten suffered a nondisplaced fracture of the forearm,and a player can be back in 4 weeks from such an injury.

seeing as his injury was suffered in round 3,a manly return can be achieved if all goes well.
