Its good to see a guy from group 21 make it into the team for the sevens. Now all i want is one from my old team - the Scorps lol

Amos did pick up a contact with the Knights last season but was released before the season finished. He went pretty well in premier league at fullback mostly and would still be a handy player for a NRL club to have for his utility value if injuries were to hit a club.

yeah i noticed him with the Knights. he seemed to go allright though it seems they were never really interested in him as a first grade player. more as a experienced player to help direct their young premier league team.
i know he's been with Souths before and think he could easily get a spot in their first grade team.

Im shocked to see little Dean Amos' name appear I remember him playing in the Red and Green in 1996 and 1997 with the dread locks.

He looks like a tosser with the big shoulderpads, but i guess its a newie reserve grade thing cause i remember when Muzza (matty Peterson) was in reggies he had the big shoulder pads. He an average player, but i think should have a chance to make it into one of the reggie sides in the comp.

he's looked a lot better than average when i've seen him play in the last year. firstly for london broncos against wests tigers where he put in a man of the match performance and then for NSW Country in the qualifiers where he again was star of the show.
i havent seen him since though noticed his name in the knights pl team and from reading various reports it seems he was one of the better knights players in the pl team throughout the year. though this may not be too hard seeing they are cellar dwellers in pl.

Last time i saw him playing for the knights i think he was either fullback or winger. He might have been one of their better players in reggies, but that doesnt say much if you look at the quality of their players i think that teams like the Scorpians or Butcher Boys would put up more of a challenge.
