COVID breaches

I understand the importance of penalising breaks in COVID protocol, but surely this must be standardised.

Can somebody explain how Vaughan gets 2 weeks and the 10 broncos just get a fine? I’m serious, is it just because the 10 players would not allow the broncos to field a team? Or was the breach less? Or is it bias?

Softer restrictions in QLD as there is no community transition up there.

QLD they can go out to certain places in public. Unlike NSW.

If Vaughan for a team north of the tweed, what he did was fine.

Except for the false name bit.
