Not having a go at your signings or anything but is Stapleton any better than what you guys have at present? He has been our most consistent player at Parramatta and can be relied on for 25 tackles, 15 hitups every week but you have Skandalis, Laffranchi and O'Neill doing that already. It would be a step sideways at best rather than forward.

He isn't better, but would add to the Skandalis, Laffranchi and Buckets. He or someone similar would be a handy extra hand to do the dirty work, but the Tigers are desperate for an impact front rower as first priority. They are pretty thin on the ground though.

Stapleton in his time at Balmain was and still is a Premier League player. I can't believe he is seriously under consideration.

If Morrison signs, i'd say it will only be for a year me thinks. I read an article that interviewed him on the basis of a Central Coast team getting the nod, and he stated that he would very much like to be apart of that new team, as that's where he is from and always wants to end up after his career is finished. Apparently owns property up there.
