Would have got 180k at homebush
would have 25 to 30K at the SFS
again .. the Dragons & their fans are settling for mediocrity
Kogarah should only be used for smaller drawing out of town sides
Melbourne and the NRL would have to be concerned with the poor crowds the Storm are getting to their games.
They have failed to reach 10,000 in their past three homes games. Drawing 9,460 against the Knights, 9,628 against the Raiders and 9,733 today against the Sharks.
The Storms average this season after 8 games is 12,744. But take out their best crowd of 22,694 against the Warriors then that average drops to 11,323.
They have another home game in two weeks against the Roosters. I don't expect much of a crowd for that one either with the Storm missing all their sate of origin players.
A successful team like the Storm should be drawing bigger crowds then what they are. I would hate to see their crowds if they were losing.
I'm sorry, we really don't care.

of course you don't
thats the point :sarcasm:
like I said
why would they be overly concerned
look at the opponents that they have failed to draw 10K against
Souths wouldn't pull much more then 10K against any of them either ... neither would Penrith .. & they hail from so called heartland
& by seasons end they'll have 3 20K + crowds under their belt at home
as good as 75% of Sydney clubs ... & better then the Raiders , Titans .. Cowboys .... Knights , probably the warriors too
a " storm " in a tea cup this debate really
lets factor in 15K Kiwis too shall we
it helps that the crusaders were there.. they don't get near that sized turnout with any other team playing even allowing for them topping the table
they'll be lucky to get 30K next week against the brumbies.
Great crowd for Rugby Union in Queensland and a great crowd for Rugby League in Kogarah.
Was also impressed by the Newcastle crowd.

 A team with 20,000 members should never have a home game appear on that list - it's absolutely SHAMEFUL.Yes. But that game is our one and only appearance on this year's "lowest crowds" list:

Agreed. I'm doing my best to keep the results, crowds, averages and aggregates in this thread: http://forums.leagueunlimited.com/showthread.php?t=371571I thought this thread was troll free. FFS i just want to see the crowds without having to read a hundred stupid posts.
The Storma average crowd this season is down by over 1,500 on last years figures. A season they had nothing to play for. This season they have something to play for. So why the drop off in crowds?
Am I reading correctly?
Raiderdave has defended Melbourne for posting a crowd at just over one-third capacity, while a sellout at Kogarah is somehow indefensible?
When did Kogarah sell out? Wasn't today, that's for sure. Plenty of seats left behind the post and another crowd of sub 20k for the defending premiers.
it was sold out today. deal with it.
Empty seats = not sold out mate.
Deal with it.
