The facts of what? It ALWAYS rains in Cronulla during night games. So your IF statement is as stupid as you are.

Laugh all you like dipshit, them the facts.

At best 11,000...and I am being generous, horrible time to play the game (no one will convince me that MNF is good, play the game 6pm Sunday FFS). Manly don't travel, I was expecting between 6-10K.

:pSorry meant 2010

True though 2010 Rounds 5 to 8 and 19 to 26 were pretty strong which helped things.

After 3 rounds in 2005 the average was 18,394.

This year after 3 rounds the average is 17,501.

I think the 2 comparison need to be 2005 for average and 2010 aggregate.

After 4 rounds in 2005, the average was 17,581

So to keep on track with that, Round 4 in 2012 would need to draw approximately 142,600 for the round to maintain that.

Well Saturdays game up here was looking to be 17-18k from the pre sale tickets so we lost 9k on this rds total from just one game.

Consider that the difference between this year and last is only 17k it's strange but it does make a difference.

To be honest my preference is to compare everything to 2005's average. There's more games now so if the NRL beats the 2005 average it will obviously set an aggregate record anyway.

Roosters have demonstrated that they have a large support base when they are winning. Much more than several other clubs. They just need to work out how to get them to come when times aren't as good.

Would be nice to see them win a few games so they can get that support attending, and remembering how nice it is to attend the footy. Especially at the SFS.

2 consecutive good years would be nice, it would get our STHs boosted by a few thousand. Thankfully our memberships haven't gone down significantly despite 2011!

Does Cronulla have its own tropical micro climate? It seems to rain every evening and night game there. I struggle to recall a game it didn't rain at shark park ffs.

 Coldest place in Sydney, ALL the time.

Any amateur forecasters looking at next saturday's match Cowboys vs Sharks would want to take note that things are looking pretty horrendous weather-wise up North for the foreseeable future. I can't see more than 9k to be frank based on Saturday's crowd and the opposition we're facing (no disrespect).

If weather goes as it's forecast I actually think there's a very real chance the match won't be played at all.
