Must be great being a young forward playing with the likes of Gal, Smith Dougy and even Jmo. Take Bakuya for example, has talent already but you can't buy the experience he must be getting from these blokes, and it's showing in his game, even nuffies like Corboda and Tautai are showing up. I hope it rubs off on the pigs we've bought for next year. Players form other clubs are going to start wanting to play at the Sharks with these guys too I'd imagine.

Looks like we've finally landed on our feet culture wise, and thanks largely to Gallen and co.

The last decade has been the worst as a Sharks supporter imo, could the next one be our best?

So true Coolum.

How much is Gallen really worth to the Club?

Just priceless.

When you see what he puts in every week whether he's busted or not he sets an example that most coaches can't get across to teams in team talks.

When Bukuya picked up that loose ball you could see he only had one thing on his mind.

Get over that stripe at all costs.

It may appear fluffed up after 4 wins but thats not what I'm talking about, no one would dare let Gallen down and more so now. It makes me laugh at all SOO fans that think he's a legend now, thats what he's created and it's showing in the footy side.

Chads a talented young player but is he that little bit extra because of Gal ? I read that Graham played well last night too. It must build confidence in your game.

Gallen owns Cronulla.

Interesting that we all thought a culture change would come from a coach or management. If Gallen is the catalyst for our ultimate success (I dare not say the words) while all others have failed, I would consider him the greatest shark of all time.

Wasn't a big fan of superleague.. Plastic McFranchise comp taylored for the Bronco's. (even though it saved our arse) We were the second best team in that era by a whisker. Thats where I blame the culture, we should have made 3 GF's around that period.

14 - 12 midway 2nd half, the game in the balance and a colossus moves to the sideline.
He hands his interchange card to the official and rejoins the fray.
Game, set and match.

Titans have gotten themselves a great buy in Dougie.

He has brought a different style to his play lately - more inspiration, less perspiration.

Now that we aren't playing 1 try a game arm wrestle football he isn't being forced to overbust his clacker every game. Still playing tuff, but he has a deftness and variety to his game now.

Hope he is having 2nd thoughts about his decision.

Dougy was great last nite. The more I watch the more I think he is a greater long terl loss than snowden
