The 2nd and 3rd Matrix films were a piss poor attempt to cash in on a great original movie.



As for the Challenge Cup - great news it's on live, but personally I'd prefer it to be on at 2pm on a Sunday when I'm up and about. Never mind, I'll record it and watch it at 2pm just to keep myself happy

But it's my first CC Final because its the first one available to me... that is, on FTA TV

This will be the first one I've missed in a while, used to always watch it on Fox, now good old Nine have taken over and they no longer show the ESL games over here in Perth. I was really looking forward to this one to, with a couple of different teams in there for a change as well as a few ex Tigers running around. Can't wait for the next TV contract, hopefully they will realize there are people outside NSW/Qld that follow the game!

If Nine buy the rights to Super League again, you can kiss that goodbye. But I'm not sure they'll be so keen to do it to be honest. They've shown complete disregard to Super League as it's obviously not rating for them (even in QLD or NSW) and fair enough. Ratings and the selling of ad space is at the core of their business.

The only hope you've got is if they decide to play games at 2am on a Wednesday or something like that. You could always write to Nine in your State begging them to do it. If you dont write to them, they'll continue to think no one wants to see it.

The worst you'll get is the same you've got now.

If Fox get it back (suggest to them if they dont want it to let someone who does show them) then you've got half a chance.

I am living in Perth and recently got Foxtell installed as I am missing my rugby league too much (Pommie chick). You can imagine my disappointment when I dont see anything on there, do they even show the Superleague and Challenge cup on Foxtel or terrestrial?

The UK shows NRL games so not sure why I cant see them here! Being an avid Giants supporter I really want to catch the Challenge Cup Final this weekend.

Can anyone help?

The UK hasn't shown the NRL since Setanta went to the wall. No one else has picked up the rights. The only thing I can suggest is to try and watch the CC final online. I don't know if they are showing it but you could try nospam15 or stusports. Best of luck to the Giants. I'd like to see them win and I really believe they will. It would be good to see a Yorkshire team win.

Fairy, I've heard that Channel 9 in WA don't show the UK league, and they only show the NRL at ridiculous hours over there (partly time difference, partly scheduling).

You might get lucky and find in on the 9HD channel, through your Foxtel if you're tuned in at the right time, depending what they're showing? Other than that, dodgy online sources seem the only choice in WA.

An annual treat, I love this game and have watched in routinely since we were able to watch this game on FTA back in the day. Love it. Wish my Wigan Warriors were there, but meh, you get that.

I want Huddersfield to win for Nathan Brown. A top bloke who can coach bit. I don't think he is done coaching in the NRL, this win would be a nice feather in his cap too.
