Interested in the JF halves.

Dane Queenan, who I've never heard of, at halfback and Blake Green to five-eighth.

Anybody know who is Queenan is??

And what do people think of Green as a five-eighth. It would be nice if he could fill that position so we're not so overloaded at number seven with our young blokes.

Ive never heard of him. I would like a junior at 5/8 as we are so slack in that position atm. He wuould suit it howevere he would have to adjust properly.

I remember Green playing at 6 outside Tim Smith in one Flegg Game. They were very Good. Blake Green had just been promoted into flegg from the SG ball comp.

We have some really good halfs coming through:

Green
T Smith
And Hopefully Perenera and Quenan have the goods as well.

Queenan's back!!!...wooohooo!!

He was the Flegg half back last year, I have a feeling he sufered a serious leg injury in a trial this year at Cabramatta and has been out ever since, he's actually been at the club for a couple of years.

I knew I'd seen his name in Flegg before and even remember him getting the odd wrap or twenty back on the official forum before it all but shutdown.

Queenan was graded in the Eels' NSWRFL squad, but this is his first regular season game this year.

The only other graded player not to have appeared is a Chris Weaver...

Dane Queenan climbs the ladder of success.

SALAMANDER resident Dane Queenan, has been named one of Australia’s leading real estate agents in a national list of top performing agents.

Dane Queenan of PRD Nationwide Port Stephens, recently secured a position in the Real Estate Business Top 100 Agents 2017 ranking.

Dane has received numerous prestigious awards during his real estate career with PRD Nationwide and last year was acknowledged as the Number 1 Salesperson for 2016 from the franchise network across Australia.

“The real estate industry is highly competitive and constantly changing and to rise to the top of our industry requires hard work, extensive knowledge of the property market and the ability to adapt to new technology,” PRD Nationwide Chairman and Managing Director, Tony Brasier said.

When asked what was the secret to his success, Dane told News Of The Area, “I am passionate and driven and I work hard.”

“I am not better than anyone else, but I work harder than anyone else,” Mr Queenan, who sold three times more property than his closest competitor said.

Dane spent his early years growing up in Mallabula and now lives in Salamander Bay with his wife, Carla and their two daughters, Cooper and Cruz, with a new addition to the family due in October.

In Dane’s previous life he was a professional NRL player, playing for the Parramatta Eels, moving to Parramatta at the age of 16.

Over the next four years of his football career, Dane also worked for PRD Parramatta.

During a game, Dane snapped his cruciate ligament which saw an end to his football career.

On returning to the Bay, it was a natural progression due to Dane’s loyalty, that he gained employment at PRD Nationwide Shoal Bay.

What's a salamander resident? Is it some kind of sex move?

No, it's a film. A rather delightful sex romp starring Dan Queenan (as the real estate agent) and Tim Smith (as the salamandar). I've seen it three times. I don't remember any football players in it. The bit where Dan snaps his cruciate ligament is particularly entertaining.
