In rugby league review this month it says that UTC are interested in signing Daniel Dumas. What do you think guys? Dumas seemed to show some potential in the few chances he's gotten in first grade this year, it would be nice to keep him.

A must keep.
he has to be allowed to play for France though with no thoughts of not being allowed to play for Australia if he is good enough.

I definitely think that we should try to keep hold of him. He seems to have some great potential there, and due to his lack of NRL games he should come at a fairly decent price too.

His not off contract this year. But hopefully he will stick with a club who stuck with him when he got really sick.

Keep him. He has alot of potential and I'd love to be able to say in a few years time that Cronulla have 2 French test players - Pelo and Dumas.

Definitely should be retained. He's a very exciting prospect from the few games I've seen him play. Great hole runner and can hit hard in defence. The kind of young player we need to to keep and develop.

Future NRL regular who could go further if he works hard on his game.

A. Johns rated him his pick for up and coming lock in the tele couple of weeks ago. I was very impressed with his effort levels in his first grade games. Hes a keeper, future champ.

I don't think he's that good. The Internationalist side of me wouldn't mind seeing him go to Perpignan, as then he may become a full French Test player. He'll never be up to playing for Australia, so he may aswell commit 100% to Frence now.

I reckon we should try to hang on to Dumas. He seems to show so much potential even though we haven't seen all that much of him. Just my most humble opinion.

Hang on to him a while yet I reckon. He's been pretty damned good in patches for us.

Was I right or was I right?

The big man was OUTSTANDING today.

A nice selection headache for Stuey next week with Gallen coming back.

One comment I think Ali would like back, as Dumas absolutely smashed current internationals out there today.
He is obvioulsly physically & skillfully up to it.

He was great today, especially considering he played friday night as well. If he ever becomes consistent then he could be quite good value to us. Was at fault for Brisbane's first try though.
