Amigo, I was very sorry to see Lima go and he will be a good player for you....just don't invite him over to your house for a BBQ unless you have a couple of Cows out the back and a fridge full of food  If he stays fit and healthy he'll be a star for your team no doubt up front!

By the way griffwire, this was posted in mightyeagles.com by our very own Peter Peters! :D

"It is interesting to see how welcome the Bulletin Board has made a visitor from the Warrington Wolves recently following the signing of Danny Lima.
Warrington has always been special in the hearts of Manly fans.
Firstly it is the birthplace of our greatest player Bob Fulton.
When Bozo was at the height of his brilliant career he returned for a short stint at Warrington and in his first seven games won seven man of the match awards and scored at least one try in every game!
Incidentally Bozo was an interested onlooker at Manly training this morning (Thursday) and is excited about the future of the Sea Eagles under Des Hasler.
Bozo remains a NSW and Australian selector." Zorba

yeah, fulton is a wire legend!! i dont think we will be inviting LIMA to a BBQ, as the weather is shit, but he will have a good time in the warrington, all the players, especially the overseas players, love the warrington nightlife..

Cheers.

Just an update.

His first year 2004, he started off great, making breaks, barging runs but then got banned for 3 games and was never the same player in that year. He gave away penalties because his tackling was poor.

2005 - He has lost a lot of weight, looking very fit and his tackling still not the best, have improved a great deal and showing form of when he first signed for the Wire. He is trying to get a new contract but rumours are going round with Rauhihi signing and Villa the Gorilla from the Warriors. I personally wouldn't if the two above were to sign, because Lima although good in attack lets the team down with his tackling.

He is a really nice guy, very friendly and kind.
