Best display by a fullback this year(and he was on the losing side).
As the commentator said he was his own highlights reel.
Souths have certainly picked a winner here.(pity some of their other players werent up to scratch).
The decision not to re-sign him is proving costly because we could do with a fullback right now.

Souths were belted in the forwards by both teams although their defence in the centres contributed.
He had a top notch game in the 24-22 loss to the Raiders and was pretty close to man of the match in that.
6 games for a new club with no pre-season trainng with that squad.
Souths have had 1 win since he came which is 1 more than before he got there.
Dont see what wins has to do with Peachs form.(could give Mini as an example at the Roosters but he's been out for a while)
Blind Freddy can see he's the class act of Souths' backline.

He's been close to their best in all 6 games he's played.
Obviously good enough to earn a contract for another year and his form is as good as any fullback's in the comp.

He has been very good at times but poor at other times.

he is ranked 2 higher then our current incumbent. & that was not taking into consideration others who have come into fullback this year & far exceeded Simmons, but not peachy.

Simmons was ranked the NRL WORST FULLBACK & lucky to acheive status that high.

Therefore, the Australiann coach thinks we have taken a backwards step as a club , by letting Peachy go.

Has Ricky Stuart taken a backward step?

For the past two seasons he has had a top 4 squad.

He didn't make the Semi's last year and this year his team sits at Second last.

I don't think he's the best opinion to be following at the moment.

Especially on issues of player retension
