I believe thse are the two men that can rebuild our club. They can coacha team and try to inspire them to win for the team basically they will change the culture of losing in our club.A clean out is required and thses guys will do the job. Smiths time is over his methods and training tehniques confuse players and that shows during the game.

He has let players go and signed reserve graders and has failed miserably.

PAY HIM OUT FITZY!!!!!!!!

If Fitzgerald made an approach now, or as soon as possible under the rules, Carty might accept the guaranteed job rather than the maybe job.
Thing is Fitzy seems to only look at the "Dead" money rather than the money lost through poor crowds and loss of sponsorship.

Come on Fitzy be pro-active before the window of opportunity closes to grab the next great coach.

Can anyone explain what credentials each of them bring to the table? Why is there a big push for 2 inexperienced coaches?

Go for Ian Millward. He's already achieved the premiership thing.

Pay and Cartwright were instrumental in turning the defensive efforts around at the Roosters alongside Stuart.

Ian Millward has his upsides as well, however Cartwright has had a long apprenticechip in the NRL too.

I understand where your coming from, the point I was trying to make was that Millward's coaching has been mainly in the ESL whereas Cartwright in particular has had a successful and long apprenticeship inn the NRL. Cartwright has had good success with Easts, he brings a winning attitude, as does Millward but he also brings a healthy knowledge of what it takes to get a team up in the NRL.
