Dean Young...

A pity a fine game was marred by this very poor effort from Young.

Unfortunately his comment reflects poorly on the NRL and only perpetuate the public's view of the stereotypical footballer.

Young you are a dunce.

will be running around in 2011 with a bullseye on his forehead...Daddy might have to run onto the field to save him...

Are you serious? Craig Young was one of the hardest dudes that ever laced up a boot. He would have called him a Mediterranean Descendant (if that's what was said, I didn't actually see it) and then stuck a kebab up his arse to re-inforce the message.

Farah lost his cool (again) and went missing in yet another big game. He is my favourite tigers player but for god's sake, when is he going to realise that the opposition targets him and he has to man up to this stuff. Sucked in and spat out Robbie.

When are you going to realise that this is 2010 and not the 1800s?

Farah would beat the sh*t out of Young. And should have done.

"My dad could beat your dad up"

What a f**king joke you bunch of idiots, grow up.

And besides, we only know what farah thought he might have heard, not what dean said.

"Perhaps the most confronting moment of the match came just before the Wests Tigers hooker packed into a scrum in the 23rd minute and he asked his opposite number Dean Young whether he'd called him a ''f---ing Mediterranean Descendant.'' Young appeared shocked by the allegation."

Who knows what was said, but Young has never been that kind of player in the past. Leave it on the field

I'm not saying Young's dad could beat up Farah's dad. I'm simply saying that Craig Young could insert a kebab up Farah's rectum. But more importantly, go on and win the game. I stand by that belief. Farah's dad has nothing to do with it...

Farah doesn't come across as the sort of player to complain like that. He just lost a semi-final. I'm pretty sure he'd care more about that

Farah appeared more incensed by the elbow to the head he received from Young than any racial slur. It was another blatant penalty missed.

Farah asked him it the following scrum if he called him that or not and young looked shocked. If young did say it he is a dope. But maybe farah miss heard him. No excuses from me, but maybe he miss heard.

Agreed about the elbow, i thought that's what it would be about. Penalty.. i guess he could've given one but it was heat of the moment stuff, these are grown men for petes sake. Footy players even!

If Dean Young did make those comments then he has let himself down more than anyone else & Robbie Farah should learn that because he is a high profile player he is then he is going to cop the same if he lets it get to him.
No need for it in today's game especially at NRL level.

Sorry I meant to say forearm.

Have a look at the photo in the article. How did the refs overlook that one?
Farah was holding the ball and Young in a rush to get up fell back down on him. It didn't look deliberate at all and on the replay immediately you can see Young saying the words "Sorry mate". It looked like Farah did fire up over the elbow though, I'm not sure where the accused words were said. I hope he didn't say it, it doesn't seem like something he would say, young usually conducts himself pretty well.
