gee it hurts to say that!

his tackle on friday night was a arm around the chest which meant that his shoulder wrapped the guy on the chin

2-3 weeks for it?!

what a joke

if it was a sharks player, i'd have my knife and gun searching the streets for greg mccallum

alright everyone, shoot me down!

I thought it was a fair tackle as well Nuffs, its his past that has him trouble not the tackle.

He isn't being cited for the the tackle that he was penalised for. It was one earlier when he connected with a swinging arm on Ryles' head/jaw.

And he deserves every bit of the suspension if not longer.

Only getting a grade 1 for the tackle on Ryles is a joke.

Ryles was standing upright, almost stationary, and Morley came in high.

If he was at another club, and Goose hadn't been arguing on the SUnday footy show that it shouldn't be cited at all, he would have got more.

Talking about serial offenders and their idiosyncrasies, the Roosters' Adrian Morley was penalised and placed on report for a high shot during the match against the Dragons last Friday night.

Referees are aware of his tackling style so anything that looks high and he's gone. Morley's been working hard on his tackling technique and is the first to put up his hand if he's hit someone high - but that tackle on Friday night didn't even warrant a penalty.

Christ how bad is it when the Rorters get an ex ref to go into bat for him. It was a disgrace on sunday when the gooster was sticking up for the serial headhunter, even his cohort Vossy said it was bad. What I wanna know is if channel nine are standing behind that idiot and his comments, Gould should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute.

Harrigan is employed by the roosters as an advisor on the rules and how to avoid penalties. Gould was probably standing over him as he typed.

Well that's a fair point isnt it
One of these days, Gould as a Roosters employee, should have a $10,000 fine slapped on him

now that you mention it... good point and fair enough

and what is harrigan thinking ??? that's about as good as his suggestion to allow teams one forward pass per half ... or whatever the hell drug-induced comment he made to that effect. lost the plot

Is easts the only team with a 'coaching director'? If so then why dont the other teams have one? If I was head coach I would be very wary of having a 'coaching director' looking over my shoulder.
