The Second U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Tom Brady's request for a rehearing in his Deflategate case.

Brady's next course of action is to appeal to the Supreme Court. It's looking more and more likely that Brady will have to serve his four-game ban to open the season. Jimmy Garoppolo is penciled in as the Weeks 1-4 starter.

The Supreme Court receives between 7,000 and 10,000 requests each term to review lower court rulings. It grants approximately 80. Four of the eight justices must agree to hear the case.

Yeah i dont think Brady is letting this go because he's sick of fighting. He knows he's banged and even if it got to supreme court, he'd lose eventually there and it would cost him an absolute bucketload

I think most generally agree that there was some degree of cheating going on in those first three. As for number four it took that Seattle defense falling apart with injury and the worst play call in the history of the NFL to get them over the line.

So the fluke catch 25 seconds prior was just brilliant play calling? And what happened to these so called tests the NFL were doing to prove The Pats wrong? Or did they realise they were up a creek without a paddle?
