Seeing as we've got a 'Vomit Scenes' thread, might as well go the other way while we're at it and list scenes containing toilet humour so disgustingly funny you wanted to s**t yourself too!
Mine:

'Dumb and Dumber'- I first saw this when I was 11, at a friend's place and I laughed so hard that I re-wound it about 5 times, no joke!

'Van Wilder Party Liason'- How NOT to use a waste paper basket! "AAAARGH- I'M BLEEDING!" :LOL: I remember at school once Mum made a big batch of chocolate crackles for the kids in her class, and she mixed it all in a bucket and after she'd finished I looked in the bucket and there was all this runny brown stuff on the bottom. I had an immediate flashback :LOL:

Also, it's not a movie but there's this classic 'Micalleff' sketch. Anyone who's seen it will know what I'm talking about!

'It's a little bit nutty". Brilliant.

Ben Stiller sitting on Jennifer Aniston's toilet in 'Along Came Polly' is pretty good as well. The stomach noises in the restaurant beforehand are awesome.
Phillip Seymour Hoffman also does a "shart" in the same movie. They are at an art exhibition and he tells Stiller that they have to go because he "sharted". When Stiller looks bemused, Hoffman explains that "I farted but a little bit of poo cam out". Eew gross.

In a similar vein, one of the crooks that gets his come uppance in 'Ladykillers'. Gets the urge to purge in the middle of their big bank robbery.

In one of the CKY videos when one of the guys does a sh*t on the window of a restaraunt with an old couple eating right behind it.

In Visitor Q when the Dad is having sex with the dead reporter thinking hes made the dead women get wet when its actually sh*t coming out. "Wait, this isn't one of life's mysteries...this is sh*t!"
