Did Tigger die?

Hmmm?

Or just upset because the JV appears to be going well. Nothing to criticise.

Perhaps, or maybe he could be found deep below the Dungeon Toilet's at Leichhardt, plotting the Balmain Uprising that will destroy the Joint-Venture once and for all?

Maybe Gobbs, but things just aren’t the same without his all-pervading negativity, are they?

No Sadly, they are not. It's not a real forum without the verbal diorehha from good old Tigger ;-)

I guess the same question could be asked of Yappy.

Unfortunately he really is suffering delusions of grandeur, rallying his group of volunteers in the vain hope of propelling the Mugpies back into the bigtime.

I disagree. Yappy has yes, let it known that he does not support the Joint-Venture. His interests only lie in Western Suburbs, nothing more. He does not bait Tiger fans nor bag the Balmain football club. Yes he has made his opinion quite clear regarding his thoughts and feelings of the Joint-Venture, but he never tellsor criticises people for choosing to support Wests Tigers.

So there is a difference Miracle Balls.

totally agree gobbs, and would add that he had the courage of his convictions to stand for election and fight for his beliefs instead of sitting behind a keyboard and crying about it.

go the mighty wests tigers

why thank you (insert blush emoticon here)

I like tigger. The problem people have is taking his rants seriously. He doesn't believe half of what he writes. It's burley to get all the mullets biting. Ignore it and it recedes. Talk to him seriously about fair dinkum issues and he proves himself a knowledgable leaguey, he just don't want no part of Wests Tigers. The 'love in' that these forums sometimes become blinds some people to the fact many fans of Western Suburbs and Balmain feel exactly the same way to varying extents.

These are plenty of shit stirrers around, I'm surprised tigger gets rated for special mention. I personally don't believe his work is of high enough quality to deserve it. :p

You've gotta be kidding Gobbso!

Some of Yappy's anti Balmain/Wests Tigers rantings on the old rleague forum were the stuff of legend. Not that I mind, I'd much prefer the fun reads of Tigger & Yappy's separatism than the group hugs over at the official forum, and the juvenile abuse of blokes like EA on here.

Anti Balmain? Don't remember any anti Balmain rants (and seeing the archives are wiped I can't be disproved - wha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha  - but I digress)

Anti Wests Tigers? - yessiree guilty as charged.
Anti various ex members of Western Suburbs board and management? - you'd better believe it.
Anti Rupert? - well of course, that's hardly a crime is it?
Anti Canterbury? - One word ... Oasis
Anti Super League and all the scumbags who put out their paws for the filthy lucre that destroyed our two clubs? (including might I add the coaching team at the Tigers - a rather sad irony I feel) - yep again.
Anti certain referees who got their tickets in a pack of cereal? - Yes I'm talking about you Mr Robinson

But Anti Balmain - no I don't think you can pin that one on me (even if you were at Leichhardt Oval on that rainy Wednesday night last year you'd have to agree I was only giving it to certain individuals - like the nit with the whistle and Milton never 'Balmain'). I'm a real good hater if you fire me up. But Balmain don't get me fired up. I like them and their supporters generally. (Usually sup a latte myself on the rare occaisions when I'm actually part of the ranks of the employed) Love beating them regularly.

I hope I can provide a little more entertainment but whatever the subject of my rants in future are they're highly unlikely to be anti Balmain.

damn I've been tracked down and banned from the official forum. I hope it wasn't something I said.

Yeah theres a difference between baiting balmain supporters and attacking Balmain - I've never seen Yappy actually attack Balmain although I've seen him have a go at some of our officials at times (they usually deserve it)

Tiggers the same - he won't thank me for saying it but he doesn't hate wests at all, he just likes getting you guys fired up and he does it so easily. Its why him and yappy get on - they see things the same way, just from different angles.

By the way Yappy good to have you back.

I'm not going to lie though - I'm glad you didn't get in - the last thing Balmain needs is competent officials at wests commited to getting the maggies back ;-)

You'll be spewing then Brook. The guy who beat me is more than competent and committed to the club's success. He's far from Robinson Crusoe in that regard on the Magpies Board either.

Thanks for the kind words though.

Juvenile? Moi?

Let me know where I stepped on your toes so I can retrace it, work out why you're pissed off then step on them again to piss you off more.

Tigger gets what he gives. He gives juvenile, he gets it back. He reminds me a lot of blokes like Cogburn and Melon.

He's embarrassed because he said that Balmain would beat the Wests Tigers in the sevens. I have no doubt that he'll be back when the season starts.
