Diet plans

Hi guys

I'm in need of 2-3 daily diet plans in order to lean up a bit. I'm 184cm 86kg however I no longer desire a bulkier look, so I'm looking to trim down to around 79kg.

Does anyone have any plans handy or any good websites that they can recommend? I did a google search but it wasn't very useful. The reason for this is I find that if I don't have a strict plan, I lapse within a couple of days.

Thanks

Well you could simply lower your kj/Calorie intake...

I'm in a similar position to you and I am dropping weight about 300g a week at the moment which is reasonably good. I am about to start on a low GI and low Calorie diet, I will report back on that.

I've dropped 16kg this year by simply counting calories and sticking to a daily limit.

Found it much easier than trying to stick to a meal plan... i need variety so eating whatever I want provided I stay under a set limit each day was easier for me to stick to.

Had a net calorie intake around 1500 per day (usually ate around 2000, burnt off 500 through exercise) for that time and the weight just fell off.

Will increase that by 300-400 per day once I hit my goal weight of 80kg which is looking like happening by the weekend :)

I'm 180cm weigh about 94kg, was doing 3500 calories a day whilst bulking and got up to 96kg, towards the end of my bulking cycle I cut down to about 3000 calories and 3 weeks after the cycle finished I was down to 2200 calories and weight (body fat) is coming off quite steadily
