I read it earlier so I'll save LU the clickbait.

Penrith waived the 10 day cooling off period. So the Tigers can announce Luai's signing if they so wish.

"Big Twist"

The End.

I can't see many clubs not waiving that. The reasons the player leaves will still be valid 10 days later

Now he’s officially signed. I suppose the media will be angling for he’s leaving early and be part of a swap deal articles to keep milking it.

i know they have already tried that. But theyre so desperate for stories.

Good for his bank balance, if good for Tigers time will tell.

I could be wrong but I think Jarome will be good for the Tigers. I think he will bring about an attitude shift at the Tigers as he comes across as a born winner who likes to prove people wrong. That will rub off on his team mates. I think the Tigers recruitment team were on the mark in going after him.

Not so sure, Tigers seem a bit of a rabble and he doesnt come across as the most professional or disciplined leader of a club. Hes got great talent but Tigers need a culture shift and not sure thats what he offers. Hope he is a difference maker, Tigers fans have been through enough!

He is pretty limited on field and spending 10% of the cap on him doesn't leave a lot of room to improve the squad

Who was the last player to hold their own press conference when announcing they've signed with a new club? I.e. not a presser with the actual club they've signed with.

Strange cat.

His manager seemed to be a little emotional. Sniffling and holding back the tears all the way through that presser. I suppose 3% of $6 mill will do that to you.
