hey, i am a 16 year old prop forward and currently in NZ with my family! i was training hard out with my team in Australia until i came over here and i have been training here however i have found i cant keep motivated and i cant think of anything to do by myself! the drills we do are team based at the momment because our team is full of all the clicques you could imagine! so we never really did any solo stuff! does anyone know of things i could do by myself, to gain upper body strength, speed and tackling technique?
