I can't take it serious after hearing the line "They do it different in Dallas, they win, a lot". Obviously not talking about the Romo Cowboys.

Will watch it. Surprised the NFL allowed their official licensing all over this thing. They rarely let movies use them. Usually a movie depicts some made up team in a made up league.

I agree with that Dallas line. 3 8-8 seasons isn't always winning. They probably should have changed that to the New England.

I think that's based on the franchise history.

I think the cowboys are seen as a team synonymous with winning based on the past.

Who knows... Maybe that coach who flashes the ring might have been a player in the aikman smith years....

I agree though... It shouldn't be based on recent history...

I watched this last night and thought it was just ok.
Reasonable way to waste a couple of hours, but I'm not sure how close it is to the real thing.
I mean, I know there have been some crazy trades in the NFL (Washington trading up to get RG3 recently) but there was some really outlandish stuff going on in this.

It could have done without all the 'having a baby' and 'family drama' crap and just stuck to the topic at hand.

I enjoyed the movie, some of the trades were a bit out there. Especially the last one.

Overall though, it was good. I feel like they tried to do an NFL Moneyball, but not as well done.
