Dragons statement: Player breach

Ive decided that I was going to give NRL360 the flick, but couldnt resist a quick look in tonite to see what and who they were tearing into...didnt take long before another know it all imo (Cooper Cronk) that was siting in Hadleys chair was voicing his disapproval of us signing Jaydn Su'A and that it was a bit rich (or words to that effect) us using other players to help out seeing our blokes had been suspended...sort of implying it was unethical......really !!!!!... I think thats a bit rich coming from a former player from The Melbourne Storm mob...

Yeah I saw that. I almost fell off my chair when Cronk said that. He's kidding isn't he??

I too said the same thing and couldn't help myself and switched on to NRL360.
What I couldn't believe was Cronk switching the facts saying the NRL were punishing the club and they shouldn't be allowed to bring in a short term recruit for 3 weeks.
The NRL are punishing the players and have cleared the club of any wrong doing.
Brent Read was the voice of reason saying they had a roster position available and should be allowed to fill it.
Kent orgasmed instantly at another opportunity to put the boot in....even Ben Elias joined in with Kent but he is a moron trying to secure his position on the panel.
Elias proudly talks about how he bit himself to get Fenech sent off! Jackass!!

Odd that , neither did I . Always came across as a good little Johnny who could do no wrong type of bloke . No transgressions in his lifetime . I wonder if he got any freebies from the Storm when the salary cap scandal first came to light ?

I saw that too and I thought he was whining about the JTB loan from the Warriors for the 3 suspension rounds.

Either way, he's still a merkin...

Long time reader but first time posting. Been following the Dragons since the mid 70s and played for Bexley Kingsgrove for those of you old enough to remember them. Cronk is a crock of ... he wouldn't trust playing next to Vaughan (agree what they did was stupid and whatever else you want to add) but happy to play with immoral players cheating the salary cap and the rest of their grubby tackling techniques at the Storm. And for Kent to say the NRL is compromising the competition by allowing the Dragons to sign players on a short term basis, well the competition is compromised from the beginning once you don't play everyone home and away, let alone bending the rules for certain clubs.

Was also happy to play alongside & talk glowingly about Inglis who assaulted his fiancee & was charged with high range DUI.He talks about the law of the land so where does that put Inglis. Not to mention Smith standing over a stricken McKinnon arguing with the ref.
