I gotta say... I LOVE IT. I'm playing this game right now and to be honest I wasn't expecting much, but now that I've played it, I can't stop. The storyline, the driving, the cars... it's all so awesome. I can't believe I never installed it earlier. I have a bunch of other games I want to install including NFS - The Run, but they might be waiting in line a while longer. This game is unlike any other game I've played before.

If no one here is familiar with the series or the name doesn't give it away, it's all driving based... you have missions to complete whilst driving. The best part is, that you can seemingly take control of other cars on the road to assist you... say for instance to need to chase down one of the enemy cars, you can simply take control of a car coming in the opposite direction and ram into him head on. Is it simply outstanding.

In terms of racing details, I have not played any better. It's not like ordinary car racing games because while there are some racing based missions, the game is mainly action-driving based. Words cannot describe my love for this game. I think NFS - The Run, when I get around to installing, will have something very big to live up to.

Driver San Francisco - do yourself a favor... BUY IT! 10/10

Yeah I heard it was a good game, storyline might be farfetched but my mate said I should give it a go.

The below video (English, but with German subs) is the game mode "Protect the van"... and there are several of these throughout the game. The idea in the game mode is to shift into other cars all throughout the vicinity of the armored van, and use them to smash into the cars that are trying to destroy the van. It's particularly fun when you have a large car or truck and smash the crap out of the little sports cars trying to take it down. Keeping in mind there are specific ramming cars you can use, such as the Dodge Ram, it keeps the game mode entertaining and quite addictive.

After thinking about it a long time, I have decided to get back into playing this game again. It is absolutely amazing, and I will be only too happy to create a new profile and get back into it all from the start.

If anyone is interested in giving this game a go, EB have it on sale for $38 (pre-owned should even be cheaper). You will get your moneys worth, believe me. I have never played a car game as awesome as this.
