Dual Referee Inconsistencies

The amount of inconsistency this weekend with two Referees is abysmal. Why can’t both refs call it how they see it? It’s evident with a couple of on field Referees they see things different. Especially teams jumping out off the line for the first 3 tackles in a set of defence with no consequence. Main Referee seems to miss a lot.

The problem with the dual referee system is that they switch who is in charge every few plays. One ref needs to be lead, the other needs to be the assistant and stay that way. The incidents where the lead ref makes a call and the assistant overrules it is ridiculous.
