I think the shock of hearing the crack in neck, is part why he didnt get up, we all know what that can mean, best just to stay down at get the medics to check u out, he will be back

I can crack my neck whenever I want to, so a crack doesn't always mean a broken bone.

It would have been a scary thing to happen though.
I don't think it will be too bad for him. I mean, you don't get up and stumble with a broken neck. He'll be back in a few weeks, if not next weekend.

And remember, the 'great' Mike Tyson once said "I broke my back. It's spinal." And look what he's doing!!
