EA sports rugby

I was just plain Ea Sports Rugby 2001 and i realised what a mistake ea made last year. i think this game had a lot of potential. it was just a few things like defence was to hard and that turning around thing that sucked. but i think that they didnt have to make a whole new game for rugby 2004. if they just improved rugby 2001 i think they would be on to a real winner. i really hope rugby 2005 is much better then 2004.

well the game looked shody compared to most ea tittles.. This year EA gave HB a larger budget to work with and also have had Tiburon helping em out.

I actually think by re building rather than updating will probably see a better game.

it was too easy to score and kicking wasnt even a factor..rugby 2001 was rushed so bad im still suprised it passed testing.

I don't think Tiburon has had anything to do with it. EA Canada have had something to do with the creation of Rugby 2005, and they are the creators of Fifa and NBA Live.

i have played rugby 2005

it is the greatest of all rugby games league or union
i am a league fan than union, so no rah rah bias here

yes EA gave HB a bigger budget
but not only that EA gave HB its FIFA 2005 game engine to outsource for Rugby 2005.
I know FIFA 2005 has nopthing on PES4

But if u can imagine FIFA 2005 with 15 players and rucks, tries and tackles - u get Rugby 2005....yes, the presentation, the graphics, the sound is 100% identical to FIFA 2005

Rugby 2005 is the new king,
I am not the only one of the opinion it is better than JLR, and it sets rings around NRL.
rugby 2001 and 2004 will be nothing but a distant memory.

To put it into perspective, with respective years
JLR - Wally Lewis
NRL - Andrew Johns
Rugby 2005 - Sonny Bill Williams

P.S I am a raiders fan, so dont think i rate SBW just coz of the dogs....he is that good and will be even better, than Joey and Wally

EA have had "Training Days" in major Australian cities, where people have gone along and played it.
