NRL

1. Moylan, 2. DWZ, 3. Blake, 4. Whare, 5. Hiku, 6. TMM, 7. Cleary, 8. Tamou, 9. Wallace, 10. RCG, 11. Cartwright, 12. Yeo, 13. Merrin
RES: 14. Latu, 15. Grevsmuhl, 16. JFH, 17. Peach

That's what I'd go with. May be a bit light on the bench but inevitably injuries will occur and that allows guys like McKendry, Kikau, Browne, Leota, Clark, Aku opportunities.

NSW CUP:

1. Edwards, 2. MWZ, 3. Oldfield, 4. Stein/Satini, 5. Tuisese, 6. May, 7. Nicholls, 8. McKendry, 9. Rein, 10. Leota, 11. Akauola, 12. Cartwright, 13. Kikau
14 Browne, 15. Clark, 16. Harawira-Naera, 17. ZDC

Others -
Coleman, Lui-Toso, Hetherington, Pua, Langi, Tuigamala, Luke, Saunders, Stein/Satini, Crichton, Waddell, Epere, Ellis, Katoa

With Cartwright and Browne not mentioned in NRL side,it's a tad puzzling.Panthers have been after Browne for years, and nobody dares to put a Cartwright of his calibre in the lower grades. The same with Hiku.People are writing him off from all directions as I'm not convince that he wouldn't be useful in first grade.

And what about J Cartwright? Where do we fit him in as far as the selection process is concerned?

I honestly think Peachey should be our first centre picked. He is too good to sit on the bench for any period of a game and his form has improved so much as a result of more minutes and a consistent position.

I know he's any easy one to move to fit guys back in. But I think it hurts him and the team to do so.

Where are you seeing I don't have Cartwright in the team?

I agree with 90% of your side. Just curious how would you inject Peachey into the game? Merrin/Yeo and Bryce will play close to 80 mins a game. For that reason I would have him at centre

I agree I don't see how you play him off the bench. At full strength should be centre if Yeo or Bryce is out then maybe start him backrow

Correct.Very tired when made that post. Not to mention the fact that I rarely talk about player squads in general on who is to make it or not.

He's a strange one. Hasn't been near the GC NRL squad so i'd imagine he won't get near ours next year. Though signed for 3 years so they must think he will be in the future

Merrin goes to prop as I only have 1 prop on the bench. Carty goes to lock and Peach comes on his preferred side of the field.

Remember we were after Jed 2 years ago when he was in NYC.

He was training with NRL squad all year last year at the Gold Coast.

Whenever I've seen him play he's been quite good. I see him being in our NSW Cup until he physically develops a bit more.

But I see him playing NRL at some point. Still very young.

The one guy I'm really hoping to see kick on to the next level is CHN. When he and JFH were playing 20's I honestly enjoyed watching CHN as much as JFH. They were devastating. Really hope he kicks on.

Ah ok. Roger that.

I have him in NSW Cup. Same with Browne. I honestly can't see where Browne fits in a full strength 17.

Tyrone May and Soni Luke look great in NYC too but only got 2 year deals seems strange Jed got 3 years

Predictions:

1. I will say something negative about one of our performances. martielang will flip out and whine about people whining.

2. franklin2323 will blame Hiku for our first loss.

3. chrisD will provide a bulletpoint list of all the bad things RCG has done during the season.

4. We will still be wondering why we signed Browne at the end of the season.

Point 2 is certain

there might be a new baby in The Penrith playing group

What are people thoughts on abortion ?

For anyone who has not seen the news you can find out what Rhyno is referring to on page 682 on the Parra Eels forum, thread Rumours and Stuff. Relates to dramas Bryce Cartwright is allegedly having. Has been on social media.

The one thing you can be sure of, it will continue to gain momentum on social and mainstream media. No doubt. It is out there now.
