ebay related question

A mate of mine was/is looking for a motorbike and bid on one on ebay, he then won the Auction but the seller refused to accept the price even though he didn't set a reserve. The price was only about $500-1000 off what the bike was worth anyway.

As I understand an ebay auction is a legal contract, so does he have the right to make him give the bike for the winning price?

tell ur mate to disbute the sale the they will sort it out 4 him aslong as he hasnt sent the money everything should be fine, the blokes a tight arse
