. Sharp said he knew it would tough turning the fallen giants around but admitted he's been taken aback by the enormity of the task.

I can't believe this nuffie, is he really serious about believing everyone around him has to bow to his great football knowledge? From memory he was just a head down bum up plodder anyway, displayed no vision, ballplaying skills or anyrhing else to suggeste he ever had a football brain.
What the hell is he going on about?
Daniel Anderson = terrible move if it happens.
Please let that be more Fitzy behind the scenes bullcrap that will never eventuate.
Leave the position vacant rather than fill it with a guy who has been proven as a failure in the building of an NRL club (multiple times).
shouldn't it be the other way, as per Gould, the manager of football operations appoints the head coach? The head coach should make that appointment

I will make the point that when TheFilthySpammers joined forces with DF to change things, did they improve?
If you visit the site it's still Roy's fault, everything, FMD

In European soccer the director of football operations appoints the head coach.
Gould is more like the CEO at the Panthers.
The footy ops role would be something very basic like ensuring training grounds are ready, equipment is there and if things need to be purchased, then buy, etc
Gould looks after recruitment, sponsorships, etc
Completely different
I honestly think Sharp had great intentions but the more he lurches from one disaster to the next, I believe his biggest problem is he just doesn't have the skills. He's an ex footballer - sure but I really don't think there's a massive amount of intelligence up there, in fact I think we can safely say that he is somewhat thick and massively massively out of his depth.Seward was appointed and I must say I was impressed the way he spoke. He acted as if determined to keep the selection process "in house" until completed. I felt we may have turned the corner so to speak.
Sharps ego then takes over and bedlam erupts. Its all so hard to explain. How hard is it to continue with Sewards words and when asked reply accordingly.
We lurch from one ego to another. Its all unbelievable if true.
Please please please NO to Anderson in any shape or form.
