I'm lost with the DeGois on the bench situation. Peats is playing a full game and we're not bringing DeGois on until after 55 minutes. If Morgan wasn't injured last week I'm guessing the same would've happened last week. Surely Pauli Pauli, Moeroa or Richie are good for 25 minutes a game off the bench.

Realistically it won't be until next year that we show definite signs of consistent week in, week out improvement.

But if we still have this type of attitude for the rest of the year, even next year may be too early.

One of the worse performances I have seen from this team in recent memory.

Kenny Edwards (keep him, much better than J Paulo)
Alvaro - looks promising - keep him for now.
Peats - will get better and better (sad to see him drop his head a few times in the last 10 minutes today)

Hoppa (only at 3 or 4 or GOONNNEEEE)

Toutai - unsure - But he should go with a few others including Champion for Israel Folau

VERDICT.................

We need to buy a quality 1 and a 3 or 4 for the rest of this season.
And a mixture of the bold ones with 4 forwards on the bench (no De Gois & J Paulo in the 17 with Peats).
Getting back Semi, Taka, Pauli, Junior Paulo will help a lot too, with Edwards next season

Getting back Mannah & Watmaugh at their best will do wonders too and Timmy is no longer captain.

There was probably a couple of games last year where we were just as poor, but they were also probably away from Pirtek against a much better opposition than today.

Ok, I watched the game, I analysed the responses, here is my take. Brad is now under scrutiny. The plays seem rushed. Whenever someone makes a break it's likely the ball is going the be turned over more often than not......lack of composure. There doesn't seem to be a fighting spirit instilled in the team that is even remotely close to what Manly are famous for in seasons gone by. On top of that they continue to make fundamental mistakes especially in attack. I would keep Falou in the team, Paulo needs to to go.
