Yes. There are recruitment offices and scouts and heads of football and all the rest of it, of course there are, but I guarantee you there isn't a player at the Storm that Bellamy hasn't given the OK to. He is the man and that is the way all senior(some rookies may differ a little) coaches are. When the club tries to remove that authority(look at the Dragons) the coach is on his way out.

What does our management think of our coach and how long has he been here, should give you a clue.

Talk about obfuscation and misdirection, but that's what you always do, turn the argument upside down and move the goal posts so the subject matter gets twisted enough for you to then pounce on your victims answer to a question or statement he or she(if we have any she's in here) never really asked or said. Then pounce on the response, generally with some more selectively twisted and over the top interpreted stats or argument that only back up your newly directed argument. Or there is the classic Pou that just bears down and tries to defend the indefensible and nonsensical.

Neville Nobodies don’t stop you signing stars. That’s how the salary cap works ffs. They are at different ends of the cap distribution. If we missed out on Klemmer and Taupau it’s because other clubs offered more than us. Maybe Taupau was excited about moving to Brisbane and playing under Kevin Walters?

I've said it before, he should not have signed some of the riffraff he has and had enough in the kitty to get someone like Klemmer. But my criticism now is that he is signing players like Davey and wasting good money on them when he should be gearing up to clear the decks as much as he can to be able to sign QUALITY props and outside back/s.

It is a juggling act for sure, but our merkins in charge just don't seem to know how to juggle at all.
