It is you who is confused mate. The story is dated November 2016. Do I need to remind you that we are in August 2018? Count with your fingers if you need to. That is less than 2 years old. And Saleyards were never "one of the best training facilities in the NRL". Complete bullshit.

Because you have to fund 50% of it yourselves and we have burned $20m in the last few years. Poor timing.

Also, the facilities need to be shared with the public. I expect that most clubs would prefer a private COE like Panthers if they can fund it themselves.
