So 16 NRL other clubs opted against picking up BA for the rest of the year.

Wouldn't his experience have been a huge asset for anyone that picked him up.

Clearly BA is under valued in the NRL

Im certain BAs abilities are very well known throughout the NRL. Theyve been talking him up for years.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Matt King come on board as an assistant.
Sarantinos also said they’d surround him with experience so I’m guessing they’ll also appoint on over the hill coach who has been sacked and never got another shot like a Hook or McGregor

I'm not sure if he values another job as assistant coach. It's more of a backward step than head coaching in the UK. If he had no other options he might be happy as an assistant at an NRL club but he might prefer to bide his time or retire. It's very exciting.

I dunno if ladder position is all down to the quality of an assistant coach. Penrith were minor premiers with Barrett as assistant coach. There must be other factors that determine success. Maybe the quality of the players has something to do with it.
