I always wondered what happened to Louis Takarangi - do you know if he play union before or after his stint at Parra?

John Muggleton might also stake a cliam? Good to see the Prices and Thornetts remembered!

wow! blast from the past! he was one of the first ever player signatures i was brave enough to ask for for myself wen i was like, 7! ...and noones haven't heard of him since... :lol:

Good call "Barty" I'll replace Scotty Wisemantle with Tony Melrose. How could I forget him??? I used to know him.

Yeah, Melrose was a bit of a two-blues rugby legend.

I used to know a few guys from school that had a run with Parra ruggers in the late 80s/early 90s. But still have a copy of the 1986 grandfinal win vs Randwick on (beta!) video. Parra winning League and Union comps in the one year was great!!
