I got this little gem from www.rugbyworldcup.com
England in seventh heaven

By Mick Donohoe
England consolidated their position as the number one ranked rugby nation when named as top seed for the opening two events of the 2003/04 IRB Sevens, which gets under way in Dubai later this year.
It is the first time in the history of the Sevens that England, coached by former Great Britain rugby league international Joe Lydon, have been seeded number one.
Defending champions New Zealand, ranked second, will open the defence of their title at the Dubai Tournament on 3-5 December.
Two Pacific Island nations appear in the top six with Fiji third and Samoa in sixth position on the rankings.

I have to say what a load of Crap. NZ has won the world 7's 3 years in a row and we only lost to Eng twice from mem last year. How the hell are we ranked behind Eng. ?
