South Africa said they were looking at a bid...

I would love to have somewhere other than England/Aus/NZ host the tournament but it would just be too big a risk for the RLIFs major feature.

This is why we need a 9sWorld Cup!!!!!

We can have it in random places like Johannesburg or Riyadh or Las Vegas, where we only need to fill 1 stadium over 2 or 3 days rather than 19 stadiums over 5 weeks.
(and if it flops in one location, again we're only taking about 2 or 3 games. Not 40)

love the logo looks very cool

I used to hate the tophy for being to standard and boring, but ive been talked around with its history....

But i still think the comp needs a more consistent image/symbol. Maybe have this as a badge on the sleeve while they use one that doesnt change between comps on the chest.

Then on top of that, we could have that WC badge used as the RLIFs brand to give them a bit more exposure (like how the NRL and Telstra Premiership logos are broadly the same)
