The way this article describes the situation is better than the initial article we saw in the aussie press. It basically claimed that the poms were going to use the black jersey as the official strip, not as an away jersey. Potentially requiring the AB's to wear grey while playing in NZ.

Nike and Adidas usually have a dick measuring contest before a big sports competition.

changing the french jersey to a darker blue was another stunt to take away from the "All Blacks" aura. they werent even allowed to call them the "All Blacks"... they had to refer to them as New Zealand.

Speaking of Rugby Jerseys I just can't fathom the amount of media coverage that prices of replica jerseys are here in NZ I mean come on aren't there more pressing issues in the world? I know to Kiwis Rugby might be like a religion but this is ridiculous.
