Thorman I thought had one of his weaker games but was still getting good reviews from the pundits.Crabtree scored two tries and got the Giants official MOM,although the Sky Sports one went to Brad Drew.
Good games from Crabtree, Thorman was OK but not dominant imo. Personally still don't think those two will make final GB squad unless Hudds make the semis? (Which they might possibly do...)
Friday night TV games have never been popular in Huddersfield, and Warrington didn't take many as it's a long way to go on a Friday when the game is televised. The Huddersfield - Warrington fixture earlier in the season attracted around 6,500.
Pretty hard to get good crowds on a Friday night unless it's an all-Lancashire game or all-Yorkshire game. Choice of a two-hour commute after work versus settling in to a television game.
I think London will struggle to stay in the top 6 now, they play Saints away next and the loss of Leuluai will be felt over the last month. Giants may sneak in and the crunch could be when they play London in the last round (I think)
