Mmmm....torn on what outcomes i want for this tournament. Would like to see ALL the Celtic teams improve (especially Wales) but also want France to show they are improving as well.

For this one I'll disregard the Irish heritage and predict a 20+ points win to the French.

(As a side issue, France must go close to the RL nation who has played the most number of international teams)

Probably. Off the top of my head:

Aus
NZ
PNG
Samoa
Fiji
Tonga
England
Ireland
Wales
Great Britain
USA
South Africa
Italy
Morocco
Lebanon
Serbia
Georgia
Russia
Canada

so anyone worth playing has played France. Along with creating the World Cup, true pioneers of international rugby league.

Ha. I won't disregard my Irish heritage (with a soupçon of French) and will wish and hope for an Irish victory.

Premier sports want the RLEF to give them £30,000 to televise the tournament.£30000 after a multi million pound profit from the RLWC sounds like small change.

^ Much better ways to spend £30,000 than paying someone to televise matches that will probably only be viewed by a handful of die-hard RL fans. RLEF could probably set up live streams and reach a similar audience for a fraction of the cost.

For this tournament to grow and receive mainstream publicity, it needs to be televised!

France should do this you would think, not sure how much home advantage will help the Irish.
