As far as I'm concerned the coverage that RL has been given by the media over the past few weeks albiet negative will have really boosted the National and International interest in the sport regardless?

Ok...its a bit left of centre but still as the saying goes...

Justy watched the sixty minutes segment and I got to say
if that was'nt the biggest crock of shit I've ever seen....

People aren't THAT stupid....

Yep, they are definately back...

There has been a mass add campaigne up here the past few weeks, where they are digging Fatty up and he has a Realy long beard and hair he has been away so long.

Look for them On thursday ;-)

Infact, go to your Sunday Tele guide for the week, and that will confirm it...9:30pm Thursday

I know not everyone has pay Tv but compared to the NRL discussed on FOX the Footy show is just a plain waste of time.

As long as it rates well the tv bosses are happy.

An hour of in depth football analysis might please the purists but the footy show appeals to all types.

They will never top the chilli eating skit. :lol:

Normally in Victoria you buy any newspaper here and if you are lucky they might put something in it about the Melbourne Storm. Everything is bloody AFL! (Can't stand it) So all this attention RL is getting here at the moment may just get the media down here to cover the sport more.

Can't wait for the Footy Show to return though we have to wait til 1am Friday morning before it's on. Well worth waiting up for a laugh.

We dont see the Melbourne based Footy show till about that time either, sometimes earlier, like 12:00am but usually the same. They are on at the same time on Thursday night after all mermaid. They are also very similar concepts... lots of laughs and little footy content!!

For the purists, tune into the sunday morning versions...
