i guess this goes here

Mikel Arteta's assist for the Everton equaliser against Liverpool last night confirmed that, in order to be considered a 'set-piece specialist', all you need to do is whack every free-kick very hard in the general direction of the goal.

Forget all that finesse, guile and attempting to pick out your centre-forward's forehead. Just smash it somewhere near Tim Cahill. Job done.

teeheeeee

LOL, that last banner r.e Amsterdam is gold.

When I was there last year, Everton fans were travelling for a mid-week UEFA Cup game against Twente I think, they were in Amsterdam for a couple of days.

Anyway out on the town and I went to chuck a p1ss and there was this pommy yob with full Everton kit in the toilets, I walked in and he asked me "where are you fooking from". When I said Australia, he started screaming and singing Tim Cahill's name wildly.

Everton has been at the forefront of English football ever since the club was formed in 1878.
From the pioneering days of St. Domingo, the story is one that every Evertonian is quite rightly proud of.
Genuine legends of the English game have worn the famous Royal Blue jersey and League Championship and FA Cup triumphs have decorated a long and thrilling history.

On this day - 21st January

Everton beat Sunderland 6-1 ON THIS DAY in 1933. A crowd of 23,173 at Goodison Park saw Dixie Dean grab two while Jimmy Dunn, Jock Thomson, Jimmy Stein and Tommy Johnson scored one apiece. That season the Blues went on to win the FA Cup Final after beating Manchester City 3-0 with Dean, Dunn and Stein all scoring. Everton beat Crystal Palace 3-1 ON THIS DAY in 1995. The FA Premier League match was witnessed by 23,733 fans at Goodison Park. Duncan Ferguson scored two while Paul Rideout struck once to seal the win

Probably not the best place to say it but why the bloody sub-forum?

Are people incapable of sifting through certain threads they have no interest in?

How about we create sub-forums for talk about transfers and even one about players who wear white boots...

Oh yeah, go Everton.

Just imagine what you'd do to Liverpool if half your squad wasn't out injured.
