As Willow and a few others will know, i think id place myself in the category of not particularly liking Ms Wilson. But now, its time to report her to media watch, for being the dumb cow that she is
Last weekend, she posted a story about Wendy and Lote'spotted' after the waratarts and inbreds game for drinks. She went on to whinge about the death of interstate rivalries. Now the odd thing is, (and this was picked up by someone in another forum), is that they bought this paper on Saturday Night (as is the normal go for Sunday papers in Sydney - Available from Sat Night), and the story was already in there! And the even odder thing is that he bought the paper at 8:15pm, whilst the game was still on!
Now, i really think that isenough to get her fired. Just because she has a rumour column doesn't give her the right to make up stories. She has already written about a dozen or so 'dubious' stories involving league identities. Now that does nothing but dirty the image of league, hearing stories about sexual romps, violence and the like.
Its time to shut this woman down. Email mediawatch
