im so proud of the fellaz tonight were hard done by again...but what can you expect. Very unlucky in the end but a gallant effort... player ratings for mine
1.Hodgson- played the house down what more can you expect from a fullback. fantastic under the high ball, great in attack as well as defence 9.5/10 or 10 even
2.Moodie- Average game, very quiet, made a few decent runs, but also made his stupid run across field and kill a play, terrible knock on. 5/10
3.Wilson- Played very well in my opinion, gave the bulldogs outside back some trouble, some damaging runs, defence was at his usual best hope his arm is not a fracture, we will mis him. 7/10
4.Elford- Played okay, backed up well, bit shaky in defence at times, but made up for it with some good tackles. Would be better with a bit more pace.6/10
5.Richards- Getting back to his best form. Some bussling runs, defence was on par, fantastic under the high ball.7/10
6.Buetner- Probably his best game for the tigers. People questioned his defence, but he rose to the occasion with some fantasic trysavers, ran the gaps very well. 8/10
7.Prince- Had a top game after being quiet for a few rounds. His attack was extremely good, finding gaps, kicking game was a lot better, defence fairly good. 8.5-9/10
8.Payten- Played fairly well. Made some strong runs, lol threw some great passes ,finding gaps, Tries to do a bit much at times. 7.5/10
9.Mears- Great attacking game tonight took on the line, made some great yardage up the middle. As usual mr reliable in defence.8/10
10. Skandalis- Real Workman of the team. Mr consitency all year for the tigers. Very hard running, never on the back foot, great yardage. 8/10
11.Galea- What a great game by benny played tonight. So strong, fantastic line breaks, defense was on song, one of the best games ive seen him play. 9/10
12.Laffranchi- went missing at times throughout the game, but made some strong runs up the middle, one resulting in a try. 7/10
13.Sattler- The heart and soul of the tigers tonight, really spurred the boys on, a true leader, great in defense. 7.5/10
14.Fitzhenry- lacked the match fitness, didnt really do much in the game, kept low key, will improve throughout the next few weeks. 6/10
15.Halatau- Didnt have one of his better games tonight, but ran the holes well as he usually does. So strong, very hard to get down, even the bigger doggies players struggled, expect a better performance fomr him next week. 6/10
16.Harrison- came into the game late but the kid is so strong on his feet, and gave the doggies outside backs some real problems. Was a good break he made close to the end, very unlucky that he had to throw the ball away before being pout into touch. he is starting to get himslef a lot more involved, which is a promising sign. 7/10
17. Gibbs- Again didnt have one of his better games tonight, but was very solid in defence, some fantastic hits on o meley, great to watch. 6.5/10
