Now that it is set in stone, he is on his way to Manly, Just like to say thanks for the short memories, You will remain a favourite of mine even though you are at a smart club who knows how to sign talent. Hope he has a blinder at Manly so Fitzgerald and Smith can hit themselves in the noggins again.

Good Luck Witt :)

Yeah, I wish him well, he could have been given a better chance, especially after being told he was only gonna play PL at the start of this year.

We wont know till next year, whether the gamble pays off, or not.

Smart Club. Didnt he sign with Manly? Mate he might be your fave but he just couldnt take us to a premiership. Attitude problem maybe but his skills limited the game he could play.

I have no doubt Witt will play firstgrade, especially with the sort of money his on  but I'm not convinced this club will make him any better than he already is, if they prove me wrong I'll be happy to acknowlege it,

he's been given a first grade spot on a silver platter with a big fat contract to boot. lets see how he goes.

Hellova nice guy, best of luck to him

look,

it probably sounds like I'm slagging the guy off, but you're exactly right his a really good guy and great to talk to and I wish him well, however I refuse to wallow in his departure which IMO is no where near as tragic as what some people here make out.

If only Michael played as good as he looks, like Nathan Hindmarsh.

Witty has the looks and the game to be a superstar, hopefully it will all gel well for him at Manly.

We'll never know that for sure because he was never given the chance. I still think he has a lot of talent and could have been something special if the right people put their faith in him.

We always wish players that leave good luck besides Lyon. Witt deserves a farewell, He f**ken got us out of a huge hole back in 2003.

Look, I have seen the badder side of Witt. Iam not sure if you have. But what he did to that little girl was simply shocking. I dont condone a girl of around 6 being laughed at becuase they play league. His a pansy.
