I vary my meats between meatball, chicken strips, chicken fillet, chicken schnitzel, roast beef, and steak and cheese, but the rest stays the same: Italian herb bread, toasted, old English cheese, with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, extra pickles, carrot, and onion, BBQ sauce and Ranch dressing. No salt or pepper.
Sometimes I get a wrap, in which case it's either chicken strips or roast beef, with double meat, and the rest of it the same.
